The best hotel in Harlow -- my boyfriend's family stayed here after coming down from Northampton. Very luxurious, nice and clean, pleasant staff and in a nice area of Harlow unlike the Oasis or Travelodge. 18-04-17

This place is terrible - avoid like the plague! Trying to get in contact is a nightmare in and of itself; the phone is never answered and just rings and rings. My actual experience of the shop is a very messy and unprofessional one. Very dirty and grubby, photos are of poor quality and I just couldn't wait to leave. The shoots hardly look or feel like they are done by a professional organisation. Very amateur.

I've yet to find a good photo studio in Harlow for shoots with myself and my nieces/nephews (I did not like Flirt Studios either); are there any good ones or will I have to venture to stortford or hertford? If anyone could reply many thanks appreciated.

Some nice products that my boyfriend and I have been in to look at but overpriced in my opinion. When I went to pay there was a huge commotion over using my card as their machine was down and it was very inconvenience; the staff seemed to act like it was my fault as well and I was putting them out. Hopefully it can improve. 18-04-17

Really nice place, the chicken is absolutely gorgeous and I've returned a few times now. Food is consistently of a good quality, clean and have had a good time taking my nieces and boyfriend. Not located in a great part of the town but not much they can do about that - hopefully the town rejuvination will improve that side of it. 18-04-17

Nice food but service leaves some to be desired. Staff occasionally rude and not helpful, queues too long at times and generally not a pleasant experience. But better quality than many of the other local bakeries and some gorgeous selections, very fresh and delicious 18-04-17
